The client’s problem
A blade is a considered purchase and a shipping problem at the same time. Buyers abroad need to trust the maker, the payment and the customs paperwork before they will commit.
The approach
Put the making in front of the product. Then make payment and delivery boring — visible, priced, and answered before the question is asked.
What our team did
We designed and built the storefront, integrated payment and international shipping, and wrote the delivery and customs information into the purchase flow. We host and maintain the store. Kukri Smith makes the blades and runs the orders.
